Scale Drift may occur on some types of electronic scales

zero reading after weighing. If present, this deviation from
zero should be accounted for when calculating the net

Standard
Standard Empty Weight is the weight of a standard

Fuselage
Fuselage Station is a location along the airplane

Tare
Tare is the weight of chocks, blocks, stands, etc. used

readings. Tare is deducted from the scale reading to
obtain the actual (net) airplane weight.
Useful Load Useful Load is the difference between ramp weight and
the basic empty weight.
