SOLOY TURBINE PAC SECTION 3 POHS CESSNA T206H/206H EMERGENCY PROCEDURES EMERGENCY OPERATION IN CLOUDS VACUUM SYSTEM FAILURE In the event of a total vacuum system failure, loss of both vacuum pumps during flight, the directional indicator and attitude indicator will be disabled, and the pilot will have to rely on the turn coordinator or the turn and bank indicator if he inadvertently flies into clouds.

SOLOY TURBINE PAC SECTION 3 POHS CESSNA T206H/206H EMERGENCY PROCEDURES OIL CHIP DETECTOR The Oil Chip Detector light on the instrument panel illuminates to indicate possible internal deterioration of the engine or the propeller reduction gearbox (there are three chip detectors in the oil system). Land as soon as practicable if the light illuminates in flight.
SOLOY TURBINE PAC SECTION 3 POHS CESSNA T206H/206H EMERGENCY PROCEDURES INSUFFICIENT GENERATOR OUTPUT If the ammeter and VOLTS annunciator light indicate the generator is not supplying power to the system, it should be shut down. Circuit breakers should be checked and reset as required, the generator reset switch should be pressed and the generator restored.

Normal procedures associated with optional systems can be found in Section 9. AIRSPEEDS FOR NORMAL OPERATION Unless otherwise noted, the following speeds are based on a maximum weight of 3600 pound and may be used for any lesser weight.

All indicator messages will illuminate when the test switch is activated and until the switch is released.
LOW VOLTAGE ANNUNCIATION A low voltage warning annunciator is incorporated into the original Cessna annunciator panel and activates any time voltage falls below 25 volts. If low voltage is detected, the red annunciator VOLTS will flash for approximately 10 seconds before illuminating steadily.
