2. Remove the AS and GC devices from Configured Devices.

Instrument Configuration: Ion Trap Series
Select the item to be removed from the Configured Devices section and click the Remove
button. We recommend using the Ion Trap and DSQ Series configuration only when
analyzing samples with the probe.
3. Click Done to return to the Windows desktop.
Refer to the Tune Online Help for instructions in determining if the instrument has been
recently tuned and calibrated.
1. Turn the DPC ON to display DIP 1 Ready.

The DPC automatically detects if a DIP or DEP is connected, and will display the DIP or
DEP series of menu controls for setting the temperature and for heating the probe tip.
