10. Troubleshooting
ALARM 72, Dangerous Failure:
Safe Stop with Trip Lock. Unexpected signal
levels on Safe Stop and Digital Input from the
MCB 112 PTC Thermistor Card.
ALARM 80, Drive Initialised to Default
Value:
Parameter settings are initialised to default
setting after a manual (three-finger) reset.
ALARM 90, Encoder loss:
Check the connection to encoder option and
eventually replace the MCB 102 or MCB 103.
ALARM 91, Analogue Input 54 Wrong
Settings:
Switch S202 has to be set in position OFF
(voltage input) when a KTY sensor is connec-
ted to analogue input terminal 54.
ALARM 250, New Spare Part:
The power or Switch Mode Power Supply has
been exchanged. The frequency converter
type code must be restored in the EEPROM.
Select the correct type code in Par 14-23 ac-
cording to the label on unit. Remember to
select 'Save to EEPROM' to complete.
ALARM 251, New Type Code:
The Frequency Converter has got a new type
code.
