2 - Oil Pump style - Confi gures Program op er a tion
for either Variable Speed Drive oil pump or fi xed
speed oil pump. Chillers equipped with the vari-
able speed oil pump have a program controlled
oil heater and a different complement of so le noid
valves than chillers equipped with a fi xed speed
oil pump.
ON: (Style D/E/F) Variable Speed Oil Pump
- Con fi g ures the Program to operate the Oil
Pump Vari able Speed Drive, the oil heater and
the fol low ing So le noid Valves: Oil Return and
Liq uid Line (J com pres sors only) connected in
par al lel to TB 1-6 1.
OFF: (Style C) Fixed Speed Oil Pump - Con fi g ures
the Program to operate the fi xed speed Oil Pump
and the fol low ing Solenoid Valves: TB1-34 Liquid
Line, TB1-61 Oil Return and Vent Line con nect ed
in parallel, TB1-62 High Speed Thrust.
3 - Prerun - Determines the duration of the "Sys tem
Prelube" period.
ON: Extended prerun. "System Prelube" pe ri od
is 180 seconds in duration. Oil Pump runs for
167 seconds.
OFF: Standard prerun. "System Prelube" pe ri od
is 50 seconds in duration. Oil Pump runs for 37
seconds.

JP41, JP42 - High Speed Thrust Bearing Proximity
Probe type (Not applicable to "P" compres-
sors and style F and later chillers with "G" and

025-xxxxx-000.
OUT: +24VDC Probe, part number
025-30961-000 or 025-35900-000.

4 - Diagnostics - Enables or disables software di ag -
nos tics.
ON: Enables software diagnostics. Disables
nor mal chiller operation.
OFF: Disables software diagnostics. Enables
normal chiller operation.
5 - Auto-restart - Determines the course of action
re quired to restart the chiller, if a power failure
occurs while the chiller is running.
ON: Chiller will automatically restart when
pow er is restored.
OFF: Requires a manual reset after power is
restored. The chiller will not start until the op-
er a tor moves the keypad START-RUN-STOP/
RESET rock er switch to the STOP/RESET
po si tion. If in LO CAL mode, the chiller can
then be re start ed by initiating a local start. If in
RE MOTE mode, the chiller will restart upon
re ceipt of a remote start signal .
6 - Anti-recycle - Enables or disables the anti-recy-
cle tim er.
The anti-recycle timer must NEVER be
disabled unless it is ab so lute ly nec es -
sary to do so during trou ble shoot ing.
