Retain the shipping materials for future use, as you may wish to ship the analyzer to another location or to Keysight Technologies for service. Inspect for Damage After unpacking a module, inspect it for any shipping damage. Report any damage to the shipping agent immediately, as such damage is not covered by the warranty.

    Software Installation and Licensing Software Installation Software Installation To install the application software, please make sure the operation system on your controller must be Windows 7 (64-bit). Please refer to the procedures below to install the CXA-m application software in Windows 7.

    You can uninstall the software from the Uninstall or change a program window. Click Control Panel -> Programs and Features to show the window, and select Keysight X-Series Signal Analyzer Application and click Uninstall to start the uninstall program.     How to Get a License By using the entitlement certificate (See following figure) delivered with your module or received in your email, you can log on to Keysight's License website and redeem your license now. You will need the entitlement certificate plus information outlined below about your controller to redeem your licenses using the internet at the URL shown in the lower left of the Certificate.
