4.3.3 Daily cleaning
Internally
The machine should be cleaned at least once a day when in normal operation.
Go to the menu icon and select "Cleaning". Follow the instructions displayed on
the machine's touch panel.
Once it has been cleaned, it is a good idea to leave the machine open if no
washing is due for a while, e.g. overnight.
Externally
Wipe the outside of the machine with a soft, damp cloth.

4.3.4 Cleaning and checking each week or as required
When the daily cleaning has been performed via the machine's touch panel, there
is an option to continue to the weekly cleaning by following the instructions on the
touch panel.
Weekly cleaning should be more thorough than daily cleaning.

The machine is equipped with a rinse cleaning function for the heat
recovery unit, which runs on start-up and once every hour.
The machine can be equipped with a rinse cleaning function for the
washing zones and heat recovery unit as an option. This is carried out daily
as follows:
- Start by removing all filters and curtains, except the innermost ones on
the infeed and outfeed sections, from the dishwasher. Clean them.
- Empty the dishwasher's tanks by turning the outlet seals a quarter of a
turn.
- Switch off the filling of the machine.
- Close the doors on the pre-wash tank and chemical wash tank(s). Start
the automatic cleaning function by pressing the button (20); see section
4.1.1 Machine design. Wait until the cleaning function has finished, which
takes about two minutes.
- Clean the filter in the final rinse tank.
- Clean the final rinse filter.
- Refit all loose components and leave the doors to the tanks open during
the pause in washing.
- Switch off the power supply to the machine.
