Check brake fluid level
Possible causes/consequences and
Check that the conditions for automatic release of the electric parking brake are fulfilled.

Release the electric parking brake manually.
#
* EBD, ABS and ESP

are malfunctioning.
Other driving systems and driving safety systems may also be malfunctioning.
& WARNING Risk of skidding if EBD, ABS and ESP

If EBD, ABS and ESP are malfunctioning, the wheels can lock when braking and ESP
stabilisation.
The steering capability and braking characteristics are thus severely impaired. The braking distance may
increase in an emergency braking situation. In addition, other driving safety systems are switched off.
Drive on carefully.
