If the vehicle is fitted with gesture mode, selec‐
ted functions of the multimedia system can be
operated contact-free as well as turning the
reading light on or off.
Gesture mode can distinguish between driver
and front passenger interactions.
Gesture mode recognises specific hand posi‐
tions (poses).
The interaction area for gesture mode is in front
of the media display, up to the centre console
including the touchpad, between the driver and
front passenger.
