Service of Thermo Fisher Scientific
Thermo Fisher Scientific recommends having the centrifuge and accessories serviced once a year by an
authorized service technician. The service technician checks the following:
• the electrical equipment;
• the suitability of the set-up site;
• the centrifuge door lock and the safety system;
• the rotor;
• the fixation of the rotor and the drive shaft;
• the protective casing.
Thermo Fisher Scientific offers inspection and service contracts for this work. Any necessary repairs are
performed for free during the warranty period and afterwards for a charge.
This is only valid if the centrifuge has only been maintained by a Thermo Scientific service technician.
