Install the Control Box

The control box can be installed outside or inside an enclosure such as the cab of a vehicle.
When installing, ensure adequate space is available around the control box to allow for
connection of air hoses and electrical cables. Eventually, the following will be connected to the
control box:
• Air Hose from the Air Supply
• Air Hose to the Drain and Relief Fittings at the Base of the Mast
• Air Hose to the Air Cylinders
• Air Hose to Exhaust the Mast (Optional)
• Sensor Cable to the Air Cylinders
• Power Cables from the Power Supply
• HHRC (Optional Installation)
If desired, the control box feet can be rotated 90° before installation.
To reorient the control box feet:
1. Unscrew the control box feet.
2. Rotate the control box feet into the desired position.
3. Re-secure the control box feet.
Control Box Feet
To install the control box:
1. Use the control box as a template to drill four mounting holes into the mounting structure.
2. Secure the control box using four ¼ inch (M6) screws. Torque all hardware as appropriate for
its material and size. The mounting hardware must include a proper means to resist vibration
loosening such as thread-locking compound or locking hardware.
