PNEUMATIC MAST WITH REMOTE LOCKING SYSTEM
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Components shipping with the mast include:

• Hardware Bag (P/N: 902853 or 5032501)

• Drain Kit (P/N: 902982)
• Magnetic Warning Kit
• Hold Down Leash
• Mast Top Cover (P/N: 5063501 or 902989)
• Identification Plate (P/N: 902851) (Ships installed on mast)
• Label Kit (English) (Labels ship installed on the mast and with the manual)
3.3.1.1 Hardware Bag (P/N: 902853 or 5032501)
The mast system includes a hardware bag. Depending on the specific installation application, all
hardware may not be used.
Heavy Duty and Super Heavy Duty masts ship standard with hardware bag P/N: 902853.
Ultra Heavy Duty masts ship standard with hardware bag P/N: 5032501.
The contents of the hardware bag (Figure 3-4) are used to:
• Secure the base plate to the mast:
• (4) Screw ⅜-16 x 1 Flathead Stainless Steel (P/N: 2772)
• (Ultra Heavy Duty): (4) Screw ½-13x1.25 flathead stainless steel (P/N: 5402)
• Secure the base plate to a mounting surface:
• (4) Bolt ⅜-16 x 1-½ Inch, Stainless Steel (P/N: 901594)
• (4) Flat Washer, ⅜ Inch, Stainless Steel (P/N: 2054)
• (4) Lock Washer, ⅜ Inch, Stainless Steel (P/N: 0801)
• (4) Nut ⅜-16 Inch, Hex, Heavy-Duty, Stainless Steel (P/N: 901593)
Note: Ultra Heavy Duty masts ship with (6) of each of the hardware the listed above (secure
the base plate to a mounting surface).
• Protect the mast from over-pressurization:
• (1) Safety Valve ¼ inch NPT, 35 PSI (P/N: 913961) (used on Ultra Heavy Duty models)
• (1) Safety valve ¼ inch NPT, 55 PSI (P/N: 913962)
Note: Do not operate mast without safety valve properly installed
