Install the Control and Pneumatic Systems

This section describes general procedures and concepts to keep in mind when installing the
control and pneumatic systems. Depending on the components of the mast system and the
environment, the exact configuration and procedures may vary. Use the best and safest method
for your conditions.
The control box requires:
• 9-40 volts power and has a 3 amp draw
• A clean, dry air supply capable of providing a minimum of 3 CFM and a minimum of 15 psi to
the locks. The air supply should be regulated not to exceed the maximum operating pressure
of 35 psi (241 kPa) for the mast at any time

In general, install the control and pneumatic systems as follows:
1. Install the Drain and Relief Fittings (Section 5.8.2.1)

8. Connect Customer Power to the Control Box (Section 5.8.2.8)
