Control System

The Remote Locking System uses a control system to operate the mast. The available control
systems are:
• 9-40 VDC
• 5572601 – RLS Mast Control System With Handheld
• 5572602 – RLS Mast Control System
• 24 VDC (Conforms to CE standards)
• 5572603 – RLS Mast Control System With Handheld CE
• 5572604 – RLS Mast Control System CE
The control system includes:
• Control Box (P/N: 5557301)
• Hand-Held Remote Controller (HHRC) (P/N: 5567001) (Not included in P/N: 5572602 or
5572604)
• 30 ft. Power Cable Assembly (P/N: 5567501)
• 30 ft. Sensor Cable (P/N: 5567601)
• 30 ft. 0.375 OD x 0.245 ID Air Hose (P/N: 108768)
• 30 ft. 0.250 OD x 0.125 ID Air Hose (P/N: 5558001)
The control box (Figure 3-9):
• Allows the operator to control the Pneumatic Mast with Remote Locking System
• Allows the operator to switch between operating the Pneumatic Mast with Remote Locking
System at the control box or with the HHRC
• Installs between the air supply and the mast
• Indicates the mast pressure in psi
• Has green LEDS that illuminate to indicate when the control system has power and when the
base tube locks are unlocked
• P/N: 5572601 or 5572602: Requires 9-40 VDC and has a 3 Amp draw
• P/N: 5572603 or 5572604: Requires 24 VDC and has a 3 Amp draw
• Does not include an air supply
