Cell Lock – A combination of PCI + EARFCN or frequency. (Figure 3-21)
− The CPE is limited to scanning a specific list of eNBs based on both their
Physical Cell Identifier (PCI) and EARFCN or frequency. The CPE will scan the
list of eNBs with the EARFCN and PCI combination. Using this mode can
accelerate network access time. Up to 10 frequency and PCI information can be
added.
