New missed call
Indicates a new missed and not checked incoming call. The figure shows
the number of call attempts.
Missed call
Indicates a missed but checked incoming call. The figure shows the
number of call attempts.
Incoming call
Indicates an answered incoming call.
Outgoing call
Indicates an outgoing call.
Bar indicator
Indicates the shown part of the total list, and where that part is positioned in
the list.
Selection frame
Indicates the subject to be called or selected in the list.
Setting indicators
Indicates the current setting in the shown list
Up
Scroll up or to the left in the menu.
Down
Scroll up or to the right in the menu.
DISPLAY MESSAGES WHEN THE TELEPHONE IS IDLE
Normal
The time and date information is shown on the first row under the top menu bar and
your name and own extension number are displayed on the second and if necessary
on the third row, if there is not space enough in the second row.
In the example below J Smith's extension number is 40316.
