3.4 LVDS1 and LVDS2 Power Jumper

The LVDS panel connectors (LVDS1 and LVDS2) and backlight control connectors (LVDS1_BL1 and LVDS2_BL1)
can operate on different input voltages. The VIA EPIA-M930 has one jumper (LVDS1_PWR1) that controls
the voltage delivered to the LVDS1 panel connector and input voltage delivered to the LVDS1_BL1 connector.
The VIA EPIA-M930 has one jumper (LVDS2_PWR1) that controls the voltage delivered to the LVDS2 panel
connector and input voltage delivered to the LVDS2_BL1 connector.
