Environmental Considerations

Environmental considerations include temperature, humidity, vibration,
magnetic fields, and static electricity.
Frequent fluctuations in temperature may result in long-term drift in the
system response.
Safe operating
Optimal performance
Shipping and storage
Avoid placing the instrument near heating or air-conditioning ducts, or
areas where the workspace temperature may exceed recommended limits.
Keep sources of heat, such as hot plates and heating mantles, away from the
instrument.
Excessive exposure to moisture may degrade components inside the
enclosure. For instruments that are not purged or desiccated, humidity
must be maintained at 20% to 50% noncondensing. For instruments
that are purged or maintained with fresh desiccant, the following
specifications apply.
