3.4.3: Installing KS2201A PathWave Test Sync Executive SW

Note that the KS2201A PathWave Test Sync Executive software is not a
standalone software. It enhances the Keysight M5200x API to support HVI
technology by adding the DLLs required for programming libraries.
Therefore, the Keysight M5200x software must already be installed on the
same machine.
