6210 Computer Locks Up

NOTE:
All computers may experience a lock up from time to time. Call Norand Customer
Support at 1-800-221-9236 if the computer cannot be restarted.
If the batteries are good and properly charged, and the computer still does
not start up, there may be a flash problem. The unit should boot to a NOR-
AND Utilities screen or to a custom boot program. The computer may have
to be reset.

Reset the Computer

To reset the computer, do the following:

Open the PC Card compartment door and gently lift the PC Card
holder up to access the card slots. Pull out any PC Cards.
Gently press the tip of a bent paper clip into the reset switch.
