Configuring RGMP on the Switch

RGMP is disabled by default. Use the following command to enable RGMP globally:
Coriolis> (enable) set rgmp enable
RGMP enabled.

Disabling RGMP on the Switch

To disable RGMP, use the following command:
Coriolis> (enable) set rgmp disable
RGMP disabled.

Configuring RGMP on the Router

RGMP must be enabled on each interface that has the appropriate topology. Use this command:
Router(config)# vlan−interface 3
Router(config−if)# ip rgmp

Disabling RGMP on the Router

To disable RGMP, use the following command:
Router(config)# vlan−interface 3
Router(config−if)# no ip rgmp

debug ip rgmp [group_name | group_address]
show ip rgmp interface [interface_unit_name]
show ip rgmp groups [group_name | group_address]

Displaying RGMP Groups

To display all the multicast groups that were joined by RGMP−capable routers, use the following command:
Coriolis> (enable) show rgmp group
