Adjust the a-p width.
Conduct a sitting test as described below.
Palpate the tip of the tuberosity. It should be at the level
of the posterior support tip.
Verify support contact.
Readjust the width and angle if required.
The patient must be sitting comfortably and has to con­
firm that the supports are snug against the tuberosity /
ramus.
Readjust the a-p socket width at the front if required.
