37.2 Power and Hardware Problems
The Zyxel Device does not turn on.
To check whether your model uses Power over Ethernet (PoE) for power, see more information at
Section 2.3 on page
Non-PoE Devices
Make sure you are using the power adapter included with the Zyxel Device.

Make sure the power adapter is connected to the Zyxel Device and plugged in to an appropriate

power source. Make sure the power source is turned on.
Disconnect and re-connect the power adapter to the Zyxel Device.

Make sure you have pressed the POWER button to turn on the Zyxel Device.

If the problem continues, contact the vendor.

PoE Devices
Make sure the PoE is connected to the Zyxel Device and plugged in to an appropriate power source.
