Description
The system detects a shortage of fresh gas in the
patient circuit due to possible leakage
Leakage detected on the Y-piece sampling tube.
Gas supply pressure <2.5 bar
Gas supply pressure >6.5 bar.
Gas supply pressure >4.5 bar.
The measured end expiratory pressure is below the
preset or default alarm limit for three consecutive
breaths.
Activated when the measured airway pressure
exceeds predefined values for more than 15
seconds. Predefined values depend on current APL
setting.
Expiratory minute volume exceeds upper alarm
limit.
Permissible pressure limits pre-set tidal volume
RR is below the alarm limit
RR exceeds the alarm limit.
Alarm activated when time between breaths
exceeds the adjustable time limit.
Detected occlusion reported from Y-piece gas
analyzer
Measured FiO
concentration is above limit
