Service and Software Support If you have a problem with your printer that is not covered in this guide, please contact Stratasys Customer Support.

    Please refer to the appropriate Safety Data Sheets for additional safety precautions and required PPE. Hazard Types Stratasys recommends that all services be performed by qualified personnel. All personnel working on or around the printer should be knowledgeable of what the following hazard classifications mean throughout this guide.

    Build platform Software Firmware The Origin One Printer runs on a high-performance and secure Linux embedded computer platform. Upgrades and updates are pushed automatically as required, and take effect after a system reboot. App.Origin App.Origin is a cloud-based application used to setup the Origin One printer material configurations, manage parts, and send build jobs to the printer.

    Once a part or pack of parts is prepared, it can be exported as an STL and uploaded to App.Origin to process and print on the Origin One Printer. The premium license also comes with its own slicing module, whereby complex mesh files can be sliced and exported as PNG stack.

    Google Cloud Platform. Each Origin printer creates and operates an internal VPN gateway, and connects to a single Stratasys-operated VPN gateway in Google Cloud Platform over UDP. No additional VPN appliance or customer-managed gateway is necessary. Stratasys strongly recommends connecting printers to the Origin cloud platform via VPN because it is secure and robust, simple to configure, and has zero maintenance overhead.

The entire surface of the part should receive light from the UV curing machine.

This section will help you to identify and plan for situations where a printer may require operator-performed maintenance.
