Checking the engine oil level

Preparatory work
-
Stand the motorcycle upright on a horizontal surface.
Condition
The engine is cold.
-
Check the engine oil level.
The engine oil reaches the lower edge of level viewer f).
If the engine oil does not reach the lower edge of the level viewer:
Add engine oil.
Condition
The engine is at operating temperature.

Check the engine oil level.

After switching off the engine, wait one minute before checking the
level.
The engine oil is at a level between lower edge f) and middle G) of the
level viewer.
If the engine oil is not at a level between lower edge f) and middle G) of
the level viewer:
-
Add engine oil.
