Removing the front power lift from the
vehicle
Raise the front power lift up to its end position.
Loosen the hydraulic hose.
Unlock the front power lift (top lever position).
1 Holder for support front power lift
2 Frame front power lift
Move the changing carriage under the front power lift
using a pallet truck.
Ensure that the holder for the support of the front power
lift is positioned in the frame of the front power lift upon
raising the pallet truck.
Move out the front power lift using a pallet truck.
Put the front power lift down in a protected place and
move out the pallet truck.

9.1

Loading the vehicle for transport

DANGER
Risk of damage!
The vehicle is not approved for crane loading.
Do not use a fork lift, the vehicle could get damaged.
WARNING
Risk of personal injury or damage!
Observe the weight of the vehicle when loading it!
Unladen weight (without attachment
sets)
MC 130
MC 130 advanced
* If attachments are installed, the weight is accordingly
higher.
Slowly drive the vehicle onto the transport vehicle.
Note
If the vehicle is not in running condition, observe Chapter
"Towing".

1 Storage transport restraint
2 Bolt with safety clip

Pull out both bolts.
Push the transport restraint out of the storage location.
Secure the transport restraint by means of bolts.

WARNING
Risk of accident!

The vehicle must be secured against shifting during
1736 kg*
transport.
Park the vehicle.
Secure the vehicle on the fixing eyelets on the left and
the right using tie down straps.
9.2
WARNING
Risk of accident, risk of injury!
Securely attach the towing eye with safety bolts and
safety bracket.
CAUTION
Risk of damage!
The vehicle must not be towed faster than at walking
speed.
Only slowly push or pull the vehicle.
To tow the vehicle, the spring load of the parking brake
must be released.
See chapter "Hydraulic valve emergency control | Re-
leasing the spring load of the parking brake"
In addition, open the bypass valves.
The vehicle is towed using the towing eye at the front.
The towing eye is not an integral part of the frame, but
rather must be attached as required. See chapter "At-
taching the towing eye to the frame".
