ATTENTION
When the battery is charged, first remove the charger from
the mains and then disconnect it from the battery.
11.4.6 Replacing wheel
DANGER
Risk to life
When carrying out repairs, remove the vehicle from the
danger zone of passing traffic and wear reflective clothing.
WARNING
Risk of injury!
Check stability of ground. Park the vehicle on stable
grounds only, additionally secure it against rolling away
by means of a wheel chock.
ATTENTION
Use a suitable commercially available vehicle jack.
Park the vehicle on a level surface.
Activate parking brake.
If the motor is off, it is automatically applied.
Note
The four-wheel brake acts on all wheels.
Remove ignition key.
Position vehicle jack at the appropriate mounting point
for the front or rear wheel.
Loosen the wheel nuts/wheel bolts by about 1 revolu-
tion using a suitable tool.
Lift the vehicle by means of a jack, additionally support
with stands.
Unscrew the wheel nuts/wheel bolts and remove them.
Remove wheel.
Note
For values concerning the tyre pressure and the weight
of the various tyres and rims see Chapter "Technical
data".
Have the defective wheel repaired by a specialised re-
pair shop.
Position the wheel and ensure that the rim is centred,
then screw in the wheel nuts/wheel bolts to the stop and
tighten them crosswise.
Torque the wheel nuts/wheel bolts to the required
torque.
Tightening torque: Front and rear wheels 180 Nm
Lower vehicle with jack.
11.4.7 Check the motor oil level

Park the vehicle on a level surface.
Remove cover; in order to do so, unlock the two screws
by a counterclockwise rotation.
Pull out oil dipstick.
Wipe off oil dipstick and insert.
Pull out oil dipstick.

Read the value of the oil level.
Insert the oil dip again.
The oil level must lie between "MIN" and "MAX" marking.
Add motor oil if the oil level is below the "MIN" marking.
11.4.8 Fill in motor oil
1 Mounting of the fuel tank
2 Fuel tank
Remove the left lateral motor panel.
Open the screw of the mounting part of the fuel tank
and swivel the fuel tank towards the outside.
1 Oil filler cap
2 Oil filler cover (MC 130 advanced plus)
Remove the oil filler cap.
Fill in motor oil.
Oil grade: Refer to chapter "Technical data"
Do not fill oil above the "MAX" marking.
Close oil cap.
Wait at least 5 minutes.
Check engine oil level.
