modem rate as used in the previous error page. (In
memory transmission, an error page is re-transmitted.)
1: The machine will use a lower modem rate for the next

Do not change the factory setting.
If this bit set to 1, then transmission and reception
counters are reset to 0.
This bit automatically resets to 0 after counter reset.
