color2view
The color2view is a benchtop spectrophotometer which is operated by the touch screen display
and the button Operate. The button is used to switch on the instrument and to trigger a
measurement. On the touch screen display icons and functions can be selected directly.
The instrument can be used to repeatably measure color, gloss and fluorescence in the laboratory
and in the production. The innovative BYK LED technology guarantees an outstanding
performance in regards to short-term, long-term and temperature stability as well as highly
repeatable and representative readings. Highest accuracy and inter-instrument agreement are
ensured and allow you the use of digital standards. These digital standards can be shared easily
the complete supply chain to set-up a global color management system.
Due to the excellent intra-instrument agreement between color2view (e.g. #7600) and
spectro2guide ( e.g. #7075) it is possible the share these digital standards between benchtop and
portable color instruments.

With the purchase of the product you also get one day of training on the usage of the
product and the software from BYK-Gardner.

Intended Use

The color2view is a benchtop instrument for measuring color, gloss and fluorescence on different
surfaces. It can be operated in horizontal or in vertical orientation. A retractable clamp can be
used to fix the sample.
Via the integrated camera the current spot on the surface can be viewed on the display - allowing
exact positioning of the sample.
