Cleaning the Instrument
The OX-TRAN Model 2/28 is housed in a painted metal and plastic case that is easy to clean and maintain.
Periodically wipe the case with a damp cloth and mild detergent solution.
Warning!
Turn OFF the instrument and unplug it from its power source before beginning these
procedures. Failure to do so can result in electrical shock, which can cause injury or
death.
Some important precautions to follow:
Leave the instrument covers on while cleaning; do not get liquids in the instrument.
•
Never use alcohols or solvents on the instrument case. These chemicals could damage the
•
instruments as well as the case.
NOTE:
There are no user serviceable parts inside the OX-TRAN Model 2/28. A MOCON service
representative should perform all other internal maintenance and adjustments.
