8. Select the R&S SGU from the list and set "Available Instruments > Select >
On" to enable it as an extension.
A green status indicator "Connected" indicates the successfully established
remote connection between the R&S SGS ant the R&S SGU.
The R&S SGMA-GUI indicates the extended frequency range of the R&S
SGS and the activated extension mode.
9. Select "Test Signal Connections > Test" to trigger a check of all required signal
connections.
