TRACTOR SHAFT

After the wings are lowered to the ground, remove
the tractor shaft from shipping brackets on the wing.
Longer Bolts have been used to mount to mount the
shipping bracket on the machine then needed for
the chain guard. Remove these bolts from the
machine and replace them with the carriage bolts
provided in the manual container. Attach the tractor
shaft to the divider gearbox. See Driveline
Attachment in the Operation Section.
Remove the tractor shaft shipping brackets from the
machine.
TRANSPORT LIGHT KIT– S000-085
Use FLASHING WARNING LIGHTS when traveling on public roads day or night, unless
prohibited by law.
If the rotary cutter obscures the tractor warning or tail lights, the rotary cutter MUST be equipped with a
transport light kit.
Check local highway regulations concerning moving machinery on highways.

Installation of Lights

Lock the rotary cutter into transport position. Bolt
the light frames to the center beam using the
supplied 3/8" bolts, washers and locknuts.
Install the lamps onto the light frames with the
amber light to the outside of the cutter. The red
lamp is to be installed with the red facing the rear.
Install the light module on the right light frame.

Wiring of Lights

From the light module, plug the 4-pin right signal output plug to the 12" (30cm) extension harness. Plug the 3-
pin plug to the red lamp and the 2-pin plug to the amber plug.
From the light module, plug the 4-pin left signal output plug to the 84" (213cm) extension harness. Plug the 3-
pin plug to the red lamp and the 2-pin plug to the amber plug.
