Setting power supply voltage

The ALS 104 is designed for use with 230 V (AC)
or with 115 V (AC).
Adjusting the machine for the alternative supply volt-
age:
Switch off the machine. Unplug the power supply
cable.
Remove the fuse holder from the power switch unit.
To do this, push the latch [20A] upwards and pull the
holder [20B] outwards.
Remove the fuses [21B] from the holder.
Pull voltage insert [21A] out of fuse holder.
Turn the voltage insert so that the required voltage
can be seen in the window of the fuse holder.
Slot voltage insert back into fuse holder.
Slot fuse holder back into power switch unit.
It is not necessary to change the type of fuse
when the supply voltage is changed.
– Fuse type required: See "Replace fuses" on
page 38.
Check whether the correct voltage appears in the
window of the fuse holder [23A].
