INITIAL INSTALLATION OF A PASSWORD CONT'D
4. Release the TIP SET and the °F/°C Keys. The system
is now in Password Mode. The Digital Readout will
display "PS-" and only the three Channel LEDs plus the
Auxiliary LED will remain illuminated signifying that the
system does not have a Password installed. NOTE: If
"P - -" is displayed on the Digital Readout instead of
"PS-", a Password has been previously installed. Refer
to the "Removing/Changing Password" section
procedure.
5. Write down the Password desired. Note that the TIP
SET Key may never be the first key of a Password (see
step #6).
