HOW TO USE THIS DOCUMENT

This manual covers all of the components of the dual vehicle charging system and their interfaces.
The manual is divided into three major sections. Section 1 covers safety precautions, Section 2
covers general system information and Section 3 covers software/firmware upgrades,
maintenance and repair of the system components and the charging cable.
The manual provides the information necessary for a trained technician to maintain, troubleshoot,
and repair the field-serviceable components of the system. An applicable document section refers
the user to additional information that may be useful in understanding system operation and
interfaces.
When using this document to troubleshoot the parallel charging system, begin by using the
troubleshooting guide in section 2.7 to track the problem down to a particular device in the
system. Then go to the section dedicated to that device for further instructions on troubleshooting
and replacing failed components and assemblies within that device.
