RR)
Shut off power at utility disconnect and remove Power Supply cabinet front panel. Check
rectifier D2 per section 3.4.12. Examine MOV1, MOV2 and MOV3 for signs of damage,
and examine wires to MOVs for signs of overheating. Replace MOVs if necessary. If
problems persist, check connectors and wiring to capacitors C1, C2 and C3. If problems
persist, check rectifier D1 per section 3.4.9.
SS)
Shut off power at utility disconnect and remove Power Supply cabinet front panel.
Check fuse F3 per section 3.4.4. Check all system wiring and connections because the
most likely cause of a blown fuse is improper wiring.
TT)
Shut off power at utility disconnect and remove Power Supply cabinet front panel.
Check pre-charge circuitry per section 3.4.10.
UU)
Shut off power at utility disconnect and remove Power Supply cabinet front panel.
Check relay K2 per section 3.4.11. Check rectifier D2 per section 3.4.12.
VV)
Shut off power at utility disconnect and remove Power Supply cabinet front panel. Check
rectifier D2 per section 3.4.12.
WW)
Review the network configuration switch settings and/or software controlled settings.. Set
the system for Master only. If the problem remains check the network wiring from server
to master. In the master check/replace the control board. In the server check/replace the
I/O board or the RS232 to RS 422 Converter. If, after setting the system for master only,
the problem goes away continue adding stations/ports until the problem returns. Check
the network wiring from station to station at the point where the fault returned and
check/replace the station control board.
