Write protect mode

Changes can be prevented to the transmitter configuration data with the write protectio n electronics dip

accordance with NE43 NAMUR recommendations.
Check the S oftware failsafe direction is set to Hardware before the
operation. Position the l eft dip switch in L for fail low (i.e.
current: 3.7 mA)
