FP Select Circuit

The FP select circuit is used for reprogramming the internal flash memory of the M32R/ECU.
This circuit is configured in such a way that FP is switched from the EXTFP signal of extension
connector (CON2) by using a jumper (J10).

Note: TX14 is not mounted but it only has one pattern available.
