For T5000e/SL5000e printers:
a. Take the printer offline. When the printer LCD reads

"OFFLINE/CONFIG. CONTROL," press the up and down
arrow keys simultaneously to unlock the control panel.
"TEST PRINT" appears.
For the L1524 printer model, press the right arrow until
"DIAGNOSTICS" appears.
