7. MAINTENANCE

Any maintenance work not detailed in this handbook should be carried
out by an approved supplier or distributor. If further information is
required on any aspect of maintenance please contact Customer
Service.

Replacing the Purification Pack (LC186)

The Purification Pack
circumstances:
 The quality monitor indicates that the pack requires
changing.
 If the system is being e-commissioned or sanitized after an
extended period during which it was not used.
 If the pack has exceeded 12 months use as indicated by the
consumable reminder alarm.
Step 1 - Switch Unit Off
1.
SWITCH OFF PURELAB Classic at the power inlet
module.
2.
ISOLATE inlet water supply.

REMOVE POU filter, if fitted.

OPEN the front
Step 2 - Fit New Purification Pack
Top Cap
1. REMOVE a new Purification Pack from its packaging.
2. REMOVE the sealing plugs from inlet and outlet port.
3. WET 'O' rings and SLIDE new Purification Pack into the

5. PUSH into unit.
6. ENSURE that the Purification Pack is fully engaged and
