Selector keys
There are also four function keys on the touchpad:

This key allows you to toggle the display from Main screen to Main
screen, if you have more than one fermentor on the system. It also
allows you to return to the Main screen from any other screen.
This key allows you to retrieve the Language screen or the Systems
Detail screen.
This key allows you to go back to the previous screen. It also allows
you to cancel any numerical input (e.g., setpoint, etc) that has not yet
been entered.
This key allows you to enter any touchpad input that you wish to
save.
