Montaggio componenti kit
Importante
Verificare, prima del montaggio, che tutti i componenti risultino
puliti e in perfetto stato. Adottare tutte le precauzioni necessarie
per evitare di danneggiare qualsiasi parte nella quale ci si trova ad
operare.
Montaggio vite speciale
Applicare LOCTITE 601 sull'estremità filettata che presenta la gola
di scarico (12A) della vite speciale (12). Avvitare il dado (10A) sulla
vite speciale (12), posizionandolo alla quota indicata nel riquadro
(X), prendendo come riferimento la presa di chiave del dado e
l'estremità della vite speciale. Attendere la polimerizzazione della
LOCTITE. Applicare GRASSO GADUS S2 V220 AD 2 nel sotto
testa del dado (10A), sullo stelo e sull'estremità filettata della
vite speciale (12). Introdurre la vite speciale (12) sul lato sinistro
del telaio (E), portando a battuta il dado (10A). Applicare GRASSO
GADUS S2 V220 AD 2 nel sotto testa del dado (10B). Impuntare il
dado (10B) sulla vite speciale (12). Serrare il secondo dado (10B) alla
coppia indicata, contrastando dal lato opposto il primo dado (10A).
Abbassare e rimuovere il martinetto pneumatico.

Kit installation
Caution
Check that all components are clean and in perfect condition before
installation. Adopt any precaution necessary to avoid damages to
any part of the motorcycle you are working on.
Special screw assembly
Apply LOCTITE 601 on the threaded end with exhaust groove
(12A) of special screw (12). Screw nut (10A) on special screw (12),
positioning it according to the value shown in box (X), taking the
nut flat and the end of the special screw as a reference. Wait for
LOCTITE polymerisation. Apply GADUS S2 V220 AD 2 GREASE
in the underhead of nut (10A), on the stem and threaded end of
special screw (12). Insert special screw (12) on LH side of frame (E),
driving nut (10A) fully home. Apply GADUS S2 V220 AD 2 GREASE
in the underhead of nut (10B). Start nut (10B) on special screw (12).
Tighten second nut (10B) to the specified torque while holding first
nut (10A) on the opposite side. Lower and remove the pneumatic
jack.
