stands for the version-number of the Firmware installed in the controller.
In this condition, the applicator does not arrange any activity. When any
button is pushed, the applicator changes to its „standard" operating state.
When pushing the [Start]-button at display, the labeling operation is
activated. Presumed the start procedure of the labeler is terminated the
labeler was calibrated for the labels and there are no further failures
available.
Push the On-Off-button at frequency converter to start the base conveyor.
Add the products to the labeling system.
Remove the products from outfeed of the labeling system or *²turning plate.
Procedure
If possible, the labeling system should be run empty.
Push the On-Off-Switch at frequency converter to stop base conveyor.
Turn off the labeler.
Remove all products.
Observe the notes „Putting the system out of service" (s. page 40)
