This bit set the pump target speed to "low speed value"
(Output Buffer, Offset 3), otherwise the target speed is set
to "high speed value" (Output Buffer, Offset 1).

B – Soft Start

This bit activates the soft start function which run-up the pump
smoothly. Please activate this function only if the pump has
been stopped for at least 3 months.
0 = On, 1= Off
