The pump is stopped by an emergency stop
signal provided via a remote contact.
Controller power supply circuitry is faulty, or
the Controller received a spike.
Run Up Time out.

Remove the controller power cable and
check the emergency condition. Then
reconnect the power cable and press the
START push-button twice to start the
pump.
Press the START push-button twice to start
the pump.
Should the message still be present, call
the Agilent service.
Check for the Run Up Time set-up. It has to
be adjusted accordingly to the customer
process. Check the amount of the gas load
which is flowing inside the pump.
