SECONDARY SHAFT

INSPECTION

1. Inspect:
• Secondary shaft 1
Scratches (excessive)/damage → Replace.
• Splines 2
Wear/damage → Replace the secondary
shaft.
• Bearing contact surface 3
Scratches/wear/damage → Replace the sec-
ondary shaft.
2. Inspect:
• Bearing
Pitting/damage → Replace.
