rate discharged, install Peltier cooling unit Fig. 2/② and appropriate diaphragm pump Fig. 2/③
(Refer to the instruction manual of each component).
The minimum amount of flow is determined by the sample gas pump Fig. 2/③.If the required

minimum total flow rate is not reached, excessive overpressure can lead to premature
destruction of the pump diaphragm.
The gas cooler is equipped with a Duran glass heat exchanger
PVDF or stainless steel are optionally available.
