In order to prevent the liquid from entering the downstream analytical instrument and improve the

working safety of the entire system, the humidity sensor LA3 is installed in the FPF+ filter as
standard component.
When the humidity sensor detects that the liquid enters the filter, the system will automatically turn
off the sample gas pump. When the liquid is cleaned, the system will return to normal operation.
