Connect the battery in correct orientation. Reverse connection causes failure and malfunction.
(5) Confirm that the "BATT" LED is lit.
(6) Mount the front cover.
NOTE
When the battery is removed, the "BATT" lamp may light momentarily, the information being
recorded in the log of the L3 CPU module. This is not abnormal.
6.3.2

Checking and Adjustment of Output Voltage

Voltage is applied from the power supply module to the L3 CPU module. The following
paragraphs describe the methods for checking and adjusting this output voltage.
Checking of output voltage
To check output voltage, measure the potential between an appropriate voltage check
terminal (5 V or 3.3 V) and 0 V terminal on the power supply module, using a tester.
The measured voltage must be in the following range:
5.1 ± 0.05 V at 5 V terminal
3.4 ± 0.03 V at 3.3 V terminal
